Aptonet in Ireland is seeking an experienced regional technology support lead and desktop support specialist to handle hands-on Windows desktop support within a Dell environment. This role includes Office 365 administration, end-user SharePoint/Teams support, and AD/Okta account management.

You will also manage iPhone email via AirWatch, service tickets in ServiceNow, and AV room support, while coordinating with HQ and local AV vendors on deployments and incidents.

Formación

• Hands-on Windows desktop support in a Dell environment.
• Experience with O365 admin and end-user support for SharePoint and Teams.
• Active Directory and Okta account administration and logon issue resolution.
• Mobile email support via AirWatch.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on Windows desktop support and image deployment (PXE).
• Resolve issues across OS, drivers, and software in a Dell environment.
• Support Microsoft 365 end users with SharePoint and Teams.
• Manage AD/Okta accounts and basic group policy tasks.
• Administer iPhone email via AirWatch; address mailbox sync issues.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and escalations.
• Build client rapport in face-to-face engagements.
• AV meeting room support and troubleshooting (Solstice).
• Liaise with HQ and local AV vendors.

Descripción del empleo

• Hands-on Windows desktop support building PCs and fixing operating system/driver/software issues – Dell environment, autopilot / PXE
• Microsoft 0365 Office – resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint and Teams end user support
• Account administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues).
• iPhone email support - Airwatch (e.g. mailbox setup and synchronisation issues).
• Service now experience, ticket and escalation handling
• Able to build relationships and rapport with clients in a face to face environment.
• AV meeting room support and troubleshooting

• Liaise with HQ team and local AV vendor
