Job summary

Comer Group Ireland is seeking a driven Residential Asset Manager to join our expanding residential operations team. You will be the second in command to the Head of Residential, overseeing a diverse portfolio, shaping asset strategies, and driving long-term value.

You will lead operational performance, financial modelling, and multi-site governance while mentoring staff and coordinating with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years' experience in residential asset management or real estate investment roles.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills; PSRA licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance across multiple residential sites.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies for real estate investments.
• Prepare and present asset performance reports to senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support portfolio planning.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
• Oversee capital improvements, renovations, and lifecycle projects.
• Support acquisition and disposition processes, including due diligence.
