Job summary

Avril Clare Recruitment Ltd Irelands Property Recruitment Specialists is seeking an ambitious Asset Manager to own a high-quality portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets across Ireland. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on asset management, aiming to identify value creation opportunities and build strong relationships in the Irish market.

You will drive leasing, investment strategy, acquisitions and disposals, working with internal stakeholders and key tenants,

Qualifications

• Several years' relevant experience in asset management, real estate investment or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish real estate market, particularly residential and office sectors.
• Understanding of real estate economics, financial analysis, cash flow modelling and asset & portfolio management.
• Excellent English communication skills; German would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the active asset management and performance of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Ireland.
• Lead leasing strategies, investment decisions and lease negotiations with key tenants.
• Develop, manage and monitor property budgets, business plans and financial performance in collaboration with Fund Management.
• Develop and execute asset strategies to optimise performance, income and value creation.
• Prepare internal and external reporting for key stakeholders.
