Job summary

Kilkenny Design in Liffey Valley, Dublin, seeks a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering high performance and a service‑driven culture.

You will lead and develop a frontline sales team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer experience across all departments, stock, and operations.

Role is 40 hours per week with a Sunday–Saturday roster; you’ll contribute to brand promotion, training, cash handling, and daily administration.

Role: Deputy Store Manager

Location: Kilkenny Design, Liffey Valley S.C., Dublin

Contract: 40 hours per week, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.

About You

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Store Manager to join the Kilkenny Design team in Liffey Valley, Dublin. The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role supporting the Store Manager in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.

The ideal manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate about Kilkenny, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales team to drive sales forward and achieve store targets. You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practises and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.
