Kilkenny Design in Liffey Valley, Dublin, seeks a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering high performance and a service‑driven culture.

You will lead and develop a frontline sales team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer experience across all departments, stock, and operations.

Role is 40 hours per week with a Sunday–Saturday roster; you’ll contribute to brand promotion, training, cash handling, and daily administration.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 5 Star excellence in the Customer Experience.
• To lead, motivate and empower your team.
• To drive sales and KPI'S in the departments
• To drive operational standards throughout the departments, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.
• Staff training and development in all aspects of the Customer experience, including brand and product knowledge; be approachable and a team player.
