Job summary

Fleetwood Galway depot is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support sales, customer service, and depot operations. The role is 40 hours per week with Saturday work on a rota after training. You will deliver excellent service, manage customer needs, and help maintain stock and merchandising to Fleetwood standards.

The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, be eager to learn, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Fleetwood customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by listening to requirements and providing clear, helpful responses.
• Process orders accurately and liaise with couriers to arrange timely deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Continuously grow and maintain product knowledge.
• Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandising meets company standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe depot environment.
• Check incoming stock and store efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
• Undertake deliveries using a company vehicle as required.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth depot operations. This position is 40 hours per week, with Saturday work required on a rota basis once full training has been completed.
