eir business seeks a Business Solution Consultant to maximise the commercial return from Dell solutions sold, delivered and supported by eir business. The role sits within the Cloud Practice and requires deep Dell portfolio knowledge across compute, storage, data protection and client devices.

You will work with account managers and pre-sales to identify and shape Dell opportunities, manage the installed base, and drive renewals and margin.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Dell-focused technical sales, pre-sales or solutions role.
• Deep knowledge of the Dell portfolio: PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale, PowerProtect, client devices and ProSupport.
• Experience shaping storage and data centre solutions and positioning them against competing vendors.
• Understanding of Dell partner incentives and deal registration, and how they affect deal margin.
• Experience of public sector frameworks and tenders desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate Dell capability into customer outcomes and margin.
• Experience managing pipeline in a CRM (Dynamics 365 desirable).

Aufgaben

• Act as an eir business Dell solution and commercial specialist across compute, storage, data protection and client devices.
• Work with account managers and pre-sales to identify, qualify and shape Dell opportunities, including solution design input and commercial structure.
• Build a refresh calendar across the Dell installed base and run proactive refresh campaigns.
• Target net-new opportunities, using Dell partner incentives such as Partner First for Storage on eligible deals.
• Reduce customer concentration by building Dell pipeline in accounts outside the current top customers, working with the acquisitions team.
• Shape Dell solutions that align with eir business Cloud, backup and infrastructure services, and attach Cloud Practice services to Dell deals.
• Drive ProSupport, services attach, and support renewals across the installed base.
• Support public sector framework and tender responses where Dell is the lead technology.
• Run Dell-specific margin campaigns and apply deal registration on every eligible opportunity.
• Engage to ensure a day-to-day technical relationship with Dell's technical, specialist and channel teams on behalf of the Cloud Practice.
• Provide Dell pipeline, refresh and performance data to the practice lead and the Partner team for partner reviews and joint business planning.
