Job summary

Entegro is seeking a Head of Delivery in Ireland to ensure high-quality client programme delivery across network infrastructure and transformation projects. You will own planning, scheduling and resourcing, drive performance, and lead a delivery team to meet client and commercial expectations.

Responsibilities include planning, monitoring KPIs, reporting to senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining governance and budget control.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading delivery functions in telecoms, network infrastructure, or similar complex, programme-based environments.
• Strong command of project/programme management disciplines (planning, scheduling, resourcing, RAID management)
• Experience building and interpreting delivery performance reporting and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to drive process and performance improvement at scale
• Track record of budget/P&L ownership and commercial accountability for a delivery function
• Experience implementing quality assurance and delivery governance frameworks
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing delivery teams and workforce planning
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at programme and executive level
• Working knowledge of relevant H&S and industry compliance standards (e.g. NRSWA, CDM)

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling and resourcing across the delivery portfolio to optimise productivity and utilisation
• Ensure resource allocation is aligned to programme priorities, client commitments and commercial targets
• Build and maintain robust scheduling processes that anticipate bottlenecks and resourcing conflicts before they impact delivery
• Monitor and report on delivery performance against KPIs, SLAs and milestones
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and clients on programme status, risks and outcomes
• Establish dashboards and metrics that give early visibility of performance trends
• Identify opportunities for improvement across delivery processes, tools and ways of working
• Lead root-cause analysis on delivery issues and drive corrective and preventative actions
• Champion best practice and embed lessons learned across the delivery organisation
• Own delivery governance, sign-off and escalation processes across the portfolio
• Hold budget/P&L accountability for the delivery function, with a focus on cost control, margin and resource efficiency
• Track programme profitability and flag commercial risk early to senior leadership
• Act as senior delivery point of contact for key clients, building trusted relationships at programme and executive level
• Manage escalations and ensure client expectations are set and met throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Manage and develop the delivery team, building capability, accountability and a strong delivery culture
• Own workforce planning and capability development, building a flexible, multi-skilled team able to adapt to shifting commercial demand
• Set clear objectives, provide coaching and support career development for direct reports
• Ensure the team has the right structure, skills and tools to deliver at scale
