Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage one or more engagements, ensuring delivery against SoWs, budgets, and customer expectations. The role emphasizes servant leadership, issue resolution, and reporting across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timekeeping and contractual compliance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus and experience in delivery management or consulting is preferred.
• Experience in traditional and agile project management methodologies is desirable.
• Delivery/engagement management experience with IT services or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery activities across one or more engagements with a focus on meeting contractual obligations.
• Manage risk, scope, and change control in coordination with Account Team.
• Oversee timekeeping, reporting, and performance metrics for consultants.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders on project status and health.
