Job summary

Walls Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of assigned construction projects from initiation through handover. You will act as the central point of contact for the project team, client and supply chain, driving progress, managing risk and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

The role requires travel to sites and strong leadership of site teams to meet safety, time and budget

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects, ideally with a main contractor, developer or consultancy.
• Experience managing programmes, budgets and site teams to time, cost and quality objectives.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing variations and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clients, teams and senior management.
• Organised and methodical with attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage all project activities to meet programme, cost and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, identify critical paths and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, forecast costs and approve expenditure per procedures.
• Coordinate procurement and management of labour, subcontractors and materials per contracts.
• Lead site-based teams and subcontractors with clear direction and collaboration.
