Job summary

Apexon is seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Lead / Architect in Client Delivery Lead to own day-to-day delivery across engineering tracks. You will be the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders, coordinating with offshore teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong client-management, technical delivery governance, incident handling, and stakeholder communication across multi-tower engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Application Managed Services, IT Delivery, or similar environments.
• Onsite, client-facing delivery or engagement experience is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with DevOps and infrastructure.
• Experience with ticket, incident, defect, and enhancement management using Jira, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of Agile and ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery accountability across Engineering Application Maintenance, Operations, and Legacy Content Applications.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders and escalations.
• Collaborate with offshore Delivery Manager to translate client priorities into actionable plans.
• Prioritize tickets, defects, enhancements, and backlog by business impact and SLA.
• Resolve cross-track conflicts and coordinate resources, timelines, and requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical support for incidents and enhancements from onsite.
• Represent the offshore team in client meetings, reviews, and governance forums.
• Maintain alignment between onsite expectations and offshore delivery teams.
• Identify risks like SLA breaches or scope creep and coordinate mitigation.
• Lead onsite Sev-1 incident/war-room activities with clients and teams.
• Assist onboarding of new offshore members with context on client environment.
• Provide feedback to Delivery Manager on sentiment, health, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven optimization.
