Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Project Manager to own the course delivery process from the signed SOW to client evaluation scores. You will oversee instructor-led sessions, multi-course programmes, webinars, and academies with schedules spanning weeks to a year.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage budgets and profitability, and maintain high client satisfaction while coordinating cloud environments and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years in project or programme management
• 4+ years of customer engagement or customer success experience
• Hybrid work environment with an on-site Dublin office two days a week

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from the signed statement of work through to sharing evaluation scores with the client, meeting every deadline
• Measure success by client quality and satisfaction scores
• Manage client programmes that run from a few weeks to a full year, including weekly calls and quarterly reviews
• Join pre‑sale discovery calls and scope projects with Account Executives to confirm instructors and resources
• Define tech setup needs and arrange cloud-based environments with clients and instructors
• Manage project budgets and profitability and build strong client relationships
