This role blends technical pensions knowledge with people leadership and clear career progression. Key requirements include DC Pensions administration experience, QFA, and proven people management.

• DC/Defined Contributions pensions administration experience is essential.
• QFA is essential.
• People management experience is essential.
• Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Packages.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of pension administrators to ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise with consultants and other teams to ensure services meet customer expectations.
• Coach and develop the pension administrators by identifying development needs.
• Provide regular updates to Operations Team on team WIP.
• Be the point of contact for team members.
• Ensure client SLAs are met and standard procedures are followed.
• Ensure errors are minimized and processes are adhered to.
• Calculate member benefits.
• Process routine and administrative tasks.
• Respond to clients in a timely manner with relevant information.
