Job summary

Davy is seeking a Pensions Transfer Associate to join the Private Clients Team in Dublin. You will manage end-to-end pension transfers, coordinating with advisers and external providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates for clients.

The role requires strong knowledge of pension transfers, regulatory requirements, and excellent communication with stakeholders. A proactive, detail-oriented professional with MS Office proficiency is preferred.

• Strong understanding of pension transfer processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proactive mindset to ensure timely asset transfers and a smooth client experience.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and pension administration.
• QFA or relevant pension qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pension transfer process from a front-office perspective.
• Prepare and work with advisers and CSEs on documentation and MI.
• Manage pension transfer-in (FO) and transfer-out workflows with advisers and IA.
• Keep clients and advisers updated on status and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide MI on FUM and transfer outcomes to management.
