Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within pensions or regulated wealth operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of pension operations and member servicing.
• Proven track record in managing operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Solid understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience handling complex complaints and stakeholder escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across pension operations and ensure service delivery.
• Develop and coach team leaders and specialists, building capability and succession.
• Monitor performance, service quality, complaints and customer satisfaction against standards.
• Maintain robust risk management, governance and controls for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee complex complaints and escalations with timely resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on process simplification, automation and resilience.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trustees, brokers and partners.
