Job summary

Avista is seeking a Day Services Manager to oversee Dublin services across D15, D11 and D7. The role requires leadership of the day services team, ensuring high-quality, rights-based care aligned to core values.

You will coordinate with families, advocates and MDT members, drive community integration, and uphold best practices. Applicants should have 5+ years of sector experience, a recognised management qualification, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised management qualification (FETAC/QQI Level 6 or higher).
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the sector.
• Experience leading and managing a team and delivering services.
• Full clean manual Irish driving licence and access to own car.
• Knowledge of New Directions policy and its implementation to service delivery.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Committed to working with families, advocates and MDT members.
• Registration in RNID.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

DAY SERVICE MANAGER:

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience .
