Job summary

Linear Search is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team of Data Scientists and deliver innovative data, AI and advanced analytics solutions that drive measurable business value. You will partner with senior stakeholders and oversee end-to-end delivery of data science initiatives, ML/AI projects, and MLOps practices in a global organisation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience leading data science teams, strong communication, and a proven ability to translate complex analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience leading Data Science teams
• Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI
• Experience with Python/R, SQL and tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Fabric or Databricks
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end data science lifecycle and MLOps
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex analytics into tangible business outcomes
