Job summary

Linear Search is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team of Data Scientists and deliver innovative data, AI and advanced analytics solutions that drive measurable business value. You will partner with senior stakeholders and oversee end-to-end delivery of data science initiatives, ML/AI projects, and MLOps practices in a global organisation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience leading data science teams, strong communication, and a proven ability to translate complex analytics

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience leading Data Science teams
Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI
Experience with Python/R, SQL and tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Fabric or Databricks
Strong understanding of the end-to-end data science lifecycle and MLOps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate complex analytics into tangible business outcomes

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Data Science team
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data science and AI solutions
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and solve high-value business challenges
Drive predictive/prescriptive analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives
Establish best practices across MLOps, model deployment and monitoring
Champion data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organisation
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Platforms and wider Technology teams
