Sandvik Dublin is seeking a Data Product Service Delivery Manager to lead operational stability of key data products within the Data & Analytics team. You will coordinate incidents, changes, and continuous improvements while aligning with business value streams.

We are currently recruitment for a permanent Data Product Service Delivery Manager position in either our Dublin of Sweden office.
The Mining Data & Analytics (D&A) team manages several data products shared across multiple divisions within Sandvik, as well as Division-specific data solutions and data rooms supporting the business’s analytical needs.
The Data Product Service Delivery Manager will have a strong focus on the operational management and stability of these data products and changes which will be introduced. The role will work closely with the business, D&A teams, and other stakeholders to manage and coordinate service-related activities, including incidents, problems, escalations, and recurring operational issues. The role will be responsible for ensuring that issues are assessed, prioritized, communicated, and driven to resolution, while also identifying root causes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
In parallel, the role will support the change intake and clarification of business requirements which impact wide range of data solutions, ensuring that operational needs and new requirements are appropriately prioritized and balanced. The overall responsibility is to ensure that D&A data products remain stable, reliable, fit for purpose, and continuously improved, while continuing to evolve in line with business needs.
The SMR Data & Analytics team is moving towards Agile ways of working, and the Product Service Manager will play an important role in supporting the team in managing and continuously improving the operational services and converting problematic areas into new change requirements to avoid future issues. The role will focus on ensuring the stability, availability, and quality of data products by coordinating and driving incidents, problems, service escalations, changes and operational improvements to resolution.
The Product Service Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product development teams to understand operational challenges, assess business impact, agree on priorities, and ensure effective communication throughout the incident and problem lifecycle. The role requires a good understanding of data sources, integrations across multiple systems, and SAP, in order to support effective issue analysis and resolution.
The role will also focus on data solution continuous improvements which are affected by the changingnlaws, business needs or launching new initiatives.
