Job summary

Sandvik Group in Dublin, Ireland (Dockline, Mayor Street, IFSC) seeks a Data Product Owner to drive data product strategy and backlog with a strong focus on value, governance and analytics capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in product ownership, strong leadership, and experience with Agile, JIRA, MS DevOps, and Power BI. You will work across Sandvik DA teams to align with business goals and KPIs across Dublin and Sweden locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in product ownership or a similar role.
Proven leadership and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Strong analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities with data focus.
Experience with Scrum/Agile and project tools (JIRA, MS DevOps, Trello, Asana).
Experience with Power BI and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

Work on multiple data products to define and prioritize features based on business value.
Maintain the product roadmap aligned to business strategy and KPIs.
Create user stories with acceptance criteria and ensure backlog quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders and lead agile ceremonies and coaching.
