Job summary

Sandvik Dublin is seeking a Data Product Service Delivery Manager to lead operational stability of key data products within the Data & Analytics team. You will coordinate incidents, changes, and continuous improvements while aligning with business value streams.

You will develop roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data engineers across Dublin and Sweden locations. Strong data, BI skills and a proactive, agile mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in product ownership, PM, analysis or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS DevOps or Asana.
• Experience with Power BI and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with data warehousing development methodologies.
• Comfortable coaching teams on agile product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Prioritize cross-team backlogs and ensure value delivery.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and DoD.
• Balance business initiatives with operations and incident response.
• Coordinate with Dev, Data, Platform, and Business teams to resolve issues.
• Lead incident/problem management and drive root-cause analysis.
• Ensure timely stakeholder communication and visibility of progress.
• Prioritize enhancements based on value, risk and feedback.
• Support change intake and clarify business requirements.
• Continuously improve service processes for data products.
