Job summary

Sandvik Ireland is seeking a Data Product Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operational stability of data products and coordinate incidents, problems and changes. The role collaborates with business, D&A teams, and stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure solutions remain fit for purpose and continually improved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, analysis or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS DevOps or Asana.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with data warehousing development and methodologies.
• Ability to coach Agile methods and practices within the team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the data product roadmap aligned to business value.
• Manage cross-team backlogs and priorities on multiple data products.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria and scope.
• Coordinate incidents, problems, escalations and service improvements.
• Collaborate with business, data, platform and development teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Balance operational needs with new business initiatives and changing requirements.
