Job summary

Clear Strategy is a growing Data Strategy consultancy in Ireland, seeking a Data Governance Consultant to help clients establish practical governance capabilities and improve trust and value in enterprise data.

You will work with the Senior Data Governance Manager to lead workshops, define business terms and KPIs, and develop governance artefacts across diverse client engagements, progressively taking ownership of workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience in Data Governance, Data Management or Data Advisory roles.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK, DCAM or equivalent.
• Experience in facilitating governance workshops with business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Data Governance practice development and accelerators.
• Support delivery of governance engagements across multiple client organisations.
• Develop governance artefacts, ownership and accountability models.
• Define and promote data ownership, stewardship and metadata management.
• Produce governance policies, standards and operating procedures.
