Qualifications

• Experience defining and initiating Data Governance strategies, frameworks, and operating models.
• Experience defining, publishing, and managing metadata and data lineage.
• Knowledge of data catalog tools and data management technologies.
• Strong drive to translate data governance into business value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the DG discovery phase with interviews and data inventory.
• Develop and revise DG strategies, frameworks, and workflows with peers.
• Define metadata, lineage needs, scanning schedules, and implement catalog tools.
• Assess and remediate data quality, create quality rules, metrics, and monitoring.
• Enhance Master Data Management by cleansing, enrichment, and match/merge rules.
• Coach data stewards on data quality rules and proper data usage.
