Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate Assistant Consultant in Strategy Consulting – Information Governance to join the Dublin team. The role offers exposure to data governance, regulatory compliance, and strategy work across the built environment and infrastructure projects.

You will participate in client workshops, assist in developing data policies, and support reports for senior management, while growing skills in ownership, stewardship and data quality initiatives within a collaborative, inclusive

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or bachelor's degree in Data Science / Engineering; Business & Commerce; or Computer Science (incl. Cybersecurity).
• Proficiency in Information Governance & Compliance and Microsoft Suite.
• Full working rights in Ireland; no more than 12 months full-time experience in a comparable role; recently graduated before employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance assessments against key regulations and industry-specific standards
• Contribute to reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
• Participate in client workshops and meetings to understand data challenges and provide advice on solutions.
• Help develop and document data policies, procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability across organisations
• Assist in the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship models and data quality standards
