Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in networking.

Responsibilities

• Work on SLA targets via directed workflow.
• First line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and issues.
• Perform regular server hardware repairs (drives, motherboards).
• Carry out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to complete routine work.
• Adhere to security and safety best practices in the data center.
• Participate in data center power and cooling events.
