Job summary

Halfords Careers in Ireland is seeking a customer-focused bike service assistant with a passion for cycling. You’ll perform service and repair on a range of cycles, from kids to electric, while delivering market-leading standards and guiding customers to the right solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment
• Experience of sharing expertise with others, and achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

• Carry out most of the service and repair work yourself across a range of cycles
• Help develop other members of the team and share expertise with colleagues
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure customers receive excellent service and guidance
• Meet and contribute to sales targets while working on a rota including weekends
