Halfords in Leinster (Coolock) is hiring a part-time Retail Colleague to help customers with car parts and bike servicing. You’ll fit parts, assist in-store and in the car park, and deliver high standards of service. Training will be provided to build your skills and confidence, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.

You'll work 20 hours per week on a rota, including weekends, and enjoy benefits such as store discounts and wellness programs as part of our commitment to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding needs.
• Availability to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and servicing.
• Assist customers in-store and in the car park to deliver services.
• Support the development of practical problem-solving skills.
