Ideal candidates have retail experience and can work on weekends. Training is provided to develop practical skills and customer-focused sales approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car parts and cycle services in-store and in the car park.
• Carry out car parts fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing as required.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and accurately.
• Deliver market-leading standards of service to every customer.
