Job summary

Halfords in Coolock, Leinster, is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver friendly, market-leading service to customers with motoring and cycling interests. You’ll help customers with parts fitting and cycle servicing while following training to achieve high standards.

You’ll work on a rota including weekends, with 20 hours per week, and benefit from staff discounts, pension, and wellness options as part of Halfords' supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fitting services for car parts and technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Assist customers in store and in the car park, ensuring high standards of service.
• Work efficiently to help customers and achieve sales targets where applicable.
