Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional IT solutions experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of system security best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales during lead and product demonstration calls.
• Manage post-sales cycle by providing technical client support through audits.
• Serve as a technical expert with detailed solution specifications including time and scope.
• Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations for proposals.
• Analyze current technologies to identify gaps in processes.
• Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates affecting customer experience.
• Work with sales teams to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
• Account for potential project challenges and proactively manage them.
• Create and deploy product training webinars.
• Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter.
