Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a busy distribution centre in Dublin 15. You will be at the heart of warehousing operations, coordinating collections, transport and stock processes while collaborating with multiple teams across the business.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse administration, proficiency with ERP systems, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This is a hands-on, fast-moving environment with a competitive salary and benefits.

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? This could be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, getting involved and making things happen.

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a busy distribution centre in Dublin 15. This is a varied role sitting right at the heart of the warehouse operation, working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, warehouse team, Operations, Sales and wider business.

This is much more than sitting behind a desk answering emails. You’ll be the person helping keep everything moving - coordinating collections, dealing with couriers, organising transport, supporting stock and inventory processes, handling queries and jumping in wherever the warehouse needs support.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation.
• Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and warehouse team.
• Coordinating collections, deliveries and transport.
• Ordering trucks for pickups and dispatches.
• Dealing with courier and logistics enquiries.
• Supporting goods in, goods out, picking, packing and stock administration.
• Helping manage stock, inventory and warehouse records.
• Working with logistics partners and transport providers.
• Liaising with the Sales Team, Operations Manager and different departments across the business.
• Managing internal queries and making sure issues are followed through.
• Using ERP systems to keep information accurate and up to date.
• Juggling multiple priorities and keeping things moving when things get busy.

What are we looking for?

We want someone who knows their way around a warehouse and enjoys the pace of a busy operational environment.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 3+ years' warehouse/warehouse administration experience.
• Experience across stock, inventory, dispatch, logistics or collections.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or another ERP system.
• The confidence to deal with different teams, suppliers and logistics partners.
• A get-up-and-go attitude - someone who sees a problem and gets stuck into solving it.
• Someone organised enough to handle a role with plenty of moving parts.

The environment

It’s a hands-on, fast-moving environment, so if you want a quiet, repetitive office job, this probably isn’t for you.
