Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Proactively build relationships to create mutual trust.
• Carry out full-sales cycle for growth opportunities in existing accounts.
• Advise customers to ensure effective use of Datadog.
• Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and adoption.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
