Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a senior professional to lead technical solution design for Emerging Data Signals. You will drive customer onboarding, implement solutions, and ensure alignment with Mastercard standards.

The role requires mentoring junior staff and coordinating across engineering, product, and commercial teams. Ideal candidates will have strong software architecture capabilities, hands-on experience with modern web tech (React, Node.js, NPM, Webpack), and proven ability to bridge business

Qualifications

Experience leading customer implementations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in payments, commerce, or financial services is desirable.
Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
Experience creating repeatable processes, standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
Drive customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
Ensure solutions comply with Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance processes.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution scope.
Establish and maintain high-quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
Mentoring and developing junior team members.
