Smurfit Westrock Cork is seeking a proactive Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team. You will serve as the key link between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high customer service to customers and Solutions Managers.
• Act as liaison between Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Sales and Dispatch to ensure seamless service.
• Support cost efficiency, service levels and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Manage full order process: receive inputs, input orders, dispatch on time, confirm delivery accuracy.
• Handle customer pricing and invoice queries promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate completion of enquiry forms for new customer specifications and oversee sample approvals.
• Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes and stock requirements.
• Assist with materials requests for traded products and conduct customer site visits.
