Job summary

Macfarlane Packaging in Rathcoole is seeking a Sales Coordinator to underpin our sales operations. You will be the first point of contact for customer accounts, manage orders, quotes, and enquiries, and work closely with the External Sales Representative to drive territory performance.

You will reactivate lapsed accounts, pursue upsell opportunities, and maintain CRM records with accuracy while delivering outstanding service and timely delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in sales coordination, sales administration or customer support.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and making outbound calls in a busy telephone-based environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support External Sales Representative and maximise sales performance across the territory.
• Manage day-to-day administration, process customer orders, prepare and follow up quotations, and reactivate lapsed accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing business through upselling and cross-selling and build strong customer relationships.
• Take a proactive approach to outbound calls to engage with existing and prospective customers.
