Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Cork, Ireland. This office-based role will handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively to maintain high service standards.

The role requires strong English communication, multi-tasking across several managers, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will work within a collaborative team and support logistics coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU).

Responsibilities

• Utilize system applications to provide high‑quality customer service for all needs.
• Handle inquiries, resolve problems and complaints with care, aiming for one-call resolution.
• Maintain service standards under high‑pressure situations (high call volume, limited resources).
• Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and production planning to fulfill orders.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on KPIs.
• Be knowledgeable about prices, incoterms, terms of payment and agreements.
• Participate in customer meetings and cross‑functional teams.
