Qualifications

• Experience handling orders via phone, email, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via telephone, email, fax, including reps orders.
• Inform customers about product availability and delivery schedules.
• Log queries in CRM and follow up until resolution.
• Assist customers with queries about their financial accounts.
• Identify delays and escalate to Team Leader.
• Maintain accuracy and comply with procedures.
• Work proactively to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Support department objectives and ad hoc tasks.
