Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-month contract Customer Service role within Uniphar Group.
• Experience handling calls, orders and customer queries.
• Proficiency with SAP, CRM and MS Office.
• Ability to meet weekly/monthly KPIs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order processing via telephone, email, fax, and reps orders.
• Advise customers on product availability and delivery schedules.
• Log and resolve customer queries, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Use BCT CRM to document interactions and improve service.
