The Role:

What You’ll Do:

• H andl e inbound customer calls with professionalism, care and an excellent standard of customer care .
• Log customer complaints and share feedback with management to help shape improvements and new service offerings.
• Escalate unfamiliar queries to senior colleagues, ensuring customers always receive the right support.
• Use all provided tools and systems confidently, including safe and secure handling of payments where required .
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to support smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Record and process customer information accurately and to agreed standards.
• Contribute to a safe workplace by following all company Health & Safety guidelines.
• Represent AES professionally in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

The Person:

• Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (ECDL certification desirable).
• 1–2 years’ customer service or office experience.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent s ervice.
