Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our site in Blanchardstown, Dublin. The role supports homecare services across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, working between 8am and 5pm with occasional Saturday shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service within healthcare or related industries, demonstrating strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Full Time Customer Service AgentWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join the team at our site in Stratus House Blanchardstown, Reporting to the Office Administration Manager.The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deliver exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland working between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday with some work on Saturdays also within scope.Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or in a pertinent industry.Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience Main responsibilities include:· Answering queries from home care patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environment· Liaise and coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues· Processing orders and tasks for field staff onto our bespoke database· Ensuring all service levels and targets are not only achieved but are exceeded regularly· Any other ad-hoc office administration duties that may arise Ideally the candidate should possess the following attributes · Customer focused· Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail· Ability to prioritize workload· Flexible approach to all areas of the role· Strong communication and organizational skills· Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word & Excel.· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems desirable but not essential.
