Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team at Stratus House, Blanchardstown. The role supports patients and staff, handling queries and coordinating orders between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays.

You will work with a dedicated team delivering homecare services across the ROI and NI, reporting to the Office Administration Manager. Previous healthcare experience is valued, with strong communication and IT skills essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in healthcare or admin roles.
• Experience handling queries and coordinating with internal/external contacts.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of MS Dynamics is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries from home care patients and healthcare staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues.
• Process orders and tasks for field staff on our bespoke database.
• Meet and exceed service levels and targets.
• Perform ad-hoc office administration duties as needed.
