Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland, a Dublin-based leader in home healthcare solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Agent. You will provide essential administrative support to commercial activities and patients, manage contracts, and act as a liaison between customers and sales/technical teams.

Responsibilities include handling routine inquiries, updating product knowledge, and coordinating with service departments to address needs and complaints.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a medical/healthcare setting is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in general office practice.
• Certification as Polysomnographic Technician is a requirement when applicable.
