Job summary

RedChair Recruitment is recruiting a Customer & Product Experience Advisor for our client, a leading automotive brand in Tralee, County Kerry. You will act as a trusted advisor for customers and guide them through sales, service and ownership journeys, delivering expert guidance across showroom, service area and digital channels.

This full-time, permanent role offers a path to develop motor sector knowledge and progress into a career in Sales; salary €27,500 with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have clean, full Irish driving licence.
• Previous experience in customer service, automotive retail, or related sector is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with enthusiasm for cars, technology and customer-first mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support customers in showroom, service area, and digital channels.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on vehicles, technology, and aftersales services.
• Guide customers through features, connected services, and new model launches.
• Handle queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
• Assist in vehicle handovers to ensure customers fully understand their car’s features.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help enhance dealership and brand experience.
• Support marketing and customer engagement events within the dealership.
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and follow up proactively with customers.
