PrepayPower is seeking a Customer Retention Sales Executive in Sandyford, Dublin 18, with hybrid working after probation. This full-time role offers a starting salary of €32,000, rising to €34,000 after probation, plus uncapped commission and on-target earnings of €49,000+.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from customers who are looking for a better energy offer.

• Use data insights to understand each customer’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.

• Build friendly customer relationships in order to minimise customer churn

• Support with mentoring and coaching for our junior sales team as you progress within the business.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and customer churn.

• Provide valuable customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
