Job summary

CarTrawler, the global travel tech company behind seamless connections, is seeking a Customer Insights professional in Dublin. You’ll turn data into actionable insights, own reporting and dashboards, and enable teams to explore data independently with self-service tools and AI-enabled capabilities.

You’ll work with diverse datasets, develop forecasting analyses, and train colleagues to interpret results. This hybrid role requires 2 onsite days per week in Dublin and an ability to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of data and analytics experience with business impact.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Experience creating clear data visualisations (Tableau or similar).
• Analytical mindset with ability to tackle complex datasets and problems.
• Interest in AI/automation; exposure to generative AI tools or LLMs; Python or R is a bonus.
• Collaborative and proactive with strong communication and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into action by analysing complex datasets and translating findings into practical insights for customers and business performance.
• Own and evolve reporting and dashboards, including automated and self-service solutions.
• Partner with teams to understand challenges, define reporting needs, and provide actionable insights.
• Share data expertise through training and workshops to help colleagues interpret insights.
• Support forecasting and forward-looking analysis to anticipate what could happen next.
• Explore AI opportunities by testing new technologies and developing AI-enabled insights and workflows.
