Job summary

CarTrawler is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and own key reporting. You’ll develop dashboards, automate self-service reporting, and partner with cross-team stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful insights.

You’ll explore AI-enabled insights, support forecasting, and help teams move from historic analysis to proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and knowledge of SQL.
• Experience creating clear data visualisations with Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into action by analysing complex datasets and translating findings into insights.
• Own and evolve dashboards; develop automated and self-service reporting.
• Partner with teams to define reporting requirements and deliver insights.
• Share data expertise through training and workshops.
• Support forecasting and forward-looking analysis.
• Explore AI-enabled insights and workflows to improve efficiency.
