Job summary

CarTrawler in Dublin is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Salesforce & Contact Centre Operations) to shape how we serve customers through technology. You’ll build and evolve our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, design integrations with internal systems and develop AI-powered agent‑assist capabilities across multiple digital channels.

You'll work within the Customer Contact Technology team, combining hands‑on Salesforce engineering with practical AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
• Proven ability to connect Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and middleware.
• Experience with Agentforce, generative AI or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve our Salesforce platform across Service Cloud using Apex, SOQL, Flow and LWC.
• Design and own integrations with internal systems and contact-centre technologies.
• Develop AI agents, agent‑assist experiences and intelligent automation.
• Configure and support Service Cloud and Omni-Channel, including routing, queues and presence.
• Establish testing, monitoring and release practices for AI and automation.
