Job summary

CarTrawler in Dublin is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Salesforce & Contact Centre Operations) to shape how we serve customers through technology. You’ll build and evolve our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, design integrations with internal systems and develop AI-powered agent‑assist capabilities across multiple digital channels.

You'll work within the Customer Contact Technology team, combining hands‑on Salesforce engineering with practical AI and automation.

Qualifications

5+ years building on the Salesforce platform.
Strong experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
Proven ability to connect Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and middleware.
Experience with Agentforce, generative AI or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve our Salesforce platform across Service Cloud using Apex, SOQL, Flow and LWC.
Design and own integrations with internal systems and contact-centre technologies.
Develop AI agents, agent‑assist experiences and intelligent automation.
Configure and support Service Cloud and Omni-Channel, including routing, queues and presence.
Establish testing, monitoring and release practices for AI and automation.
