Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a proactive retail colleague in Galway to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales while supporting the team. You’ll share Rituals stories, guide customers from browsing to purchase, and help colleagues by modelling best practices.

Expect to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends, with onboarding to learn our brand and rituals. You’ll grow with coaching and shop‑level training to keep the Feel‑Good Experience alive.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer‑driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel‑Good Experience and be a role model.
• You're available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service and share product stories that connect with every customer.
• Win at sales and bring others with you, meeting personal targets while setting an example for the team.
• Be the problem‑solver customers and colleagues trust, handling complex questions smoothly.
• Represent Rituals by following safety standards and maintaining the brand look and knowledge through training.
