Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join a small, busy team in Ireland. The role blends customer service, administration, coordination and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage 30–50 calls per day, handle diverse customer requests, and work across Ireland with a professional, detail-oriented approach. Hybrid work after a 6-month onsite training period is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or account coordination.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations.
